Programmable Lead Wire Take-up System coils extruded wire on pallets or into barrels. LWTS works in coordination with the Lead Wire Extruder, automatically adjusting the coiling speed to the speed of extrusion and pausing the process during extrusion interruptions or billet reloading. Similarly, the LWTS pauses the extrusion process once required coil batch has been completed. Integrated PLC controller allows to program the coil batch parameters, such as coil diameter, number of coils or target production volume. Specially programmed coiling sequence allow to uncoil the wire from pallet or barrel without any wire crossing. The unit is delivered with a choice of single or double take-up module.
