Lead Billet Caster continuously casts molten lead into round shaped semi-product of standard diameter (72mm or 4inch, with other diameters optional), which is cut into billets of required length by integrated buzz saw. The hourly output of the caster is up to 4000lbs. The unit includes high pressure intensifier, our breakthrough feature in casting technology, which allows for elimination of oxides, shrink holes and speeds up the solidification process.
